The rough storyline we came up with was that Luffy loses his hat in the sea and goes on a journey to retrieve it. The chicken comes up from the ocean to steal it and he body surfs on his way to get it back.

The task taught us about how to work past some limitations of animating via stop cam animation in such a short timeframe. We solved problems such as how we wanted to animate his hat flying away but it was too ambitious so we had it fall instead.
